This service offers issuer companies to request online registration of AGMs and conduct the meeting in an electronic online environment where physical participation of all concerned authorities and shareholders is not required. The service allows shareholders to securely login, view, attend and vote in the agenda items of the AGM/EGM. Shareholders can also view and download information on agenda items. The Service allows Shareholders to register their voting for the Agenda items like elections for the board of directors. With the help of integrated Video Conferencing Chatting facility, all participants can View Interact with the Board of Directors, Auditors, Legal Advisors.

The service is available by logging in to the shareholder`s account through the MCD website (www.mcd.om). When you login, system will present you a portal where AGM option available for using the service.

You need to create ONLINE access account with MCD website (www.mcd.om). Select Investor from floating Menu on the Main Page of the website. Investor Login page will appear. In this page, there is an option Online Registration to create your login account with the website.

This feature is available only for shareholder . Individual shareholders can directly vote and elect online for 3 days before the meetings following simple and easy steps. So, why assigning representative while practicing your rights is just on your hand. Juristic shareholders can delegate an individual or shareholder to attend the meeting and vote on their behalf. The proxy can be cancelled and reissued up to one day before the meeting. The authorized person cannot transfer the proxy to another person. Proxies must be registered through AGM/EGM services in the website through valid shareholder number. The representative must have valid shareholder number in order to receive the proxy electronically and be able to practice the right through online services. Please note that according to Commercial Companies laws, no shareholder can receive proxies from more than one shareholder if the total proxies exceed 5% from the issuer capital.
