Required Documents:

1. Signed and stamped Account Update and Consolidation Form and Tax Declaration for Entities ( Download Form Link )
2. Commercial Registration Certificate If the commercial registration is non-Omani, it must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or accompanied by an Apostille from a recognized authority.
3. Identification documents of the authorized signatories.
4. Entity’s bank account details (If the bank account is held abroad, please attach the SWIFT code and IBAN).
