Investor Registration Form and Tax Declaration for Individual ( Download Form Link )

For Entity Registration:

Please submit your request via email to mcd.support@mcd.om or visit the Customer Service Center at the company’s headquarters.

Required Documents:

1. A signed and stamped Investor Registration and Tax Declaration Form for Entity . ( Download Form Link )
2. Commercial Registration Certificate (If the certificate is non-Omani, it must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or provided with an Apostille from a recognized authority).
3. Identification documents of the authorized signatories.
4. Entity’s bank account details (If the bank account is held abroad, please attach the SWIFT code and IBAN).
